About Government ITI, Haridwar
Govt. ITI Haridwar, Jagjeetpur,Laksar Road is located in Haridwar,a holy place of Uttarakhand.. It is situated on the right bank of the Ganga river, at the foothills of the Shivalik ranges. The Institute was established in the year 1963.It is offering training in 10 trades.The Institute is covered under Central sponsored scheme “Upgradation of Existing Government Industrial Training Institute into model ITI”.
Key objective is to develop a benchmark for industry oriented ITI which would serve as a model for other ITIs and would also raise dignity of ITI education. The institute is also covered in Centrally sponsored scheme STRIVE (Skills Strengthening for Industrial Value Enhancement) assisted by The World Bank, with the objective of improving the relevance and efficiency of skills training provided through ITIs and apprenticeships.

- CNC Lab – CNC Lab equipped with CNC Turing, CNC Vertical Milling
- Library – Trade related Books for Instructor & Trainees as per NIMI Pattern.Other subject related books are available.
